yup - Call Sinclairs / Brownells - They ship them out quickly and the duty / shipping is low if you have them ship USPS (DONT use UPS)

I ordered mine directly from little crow gun works. No issue. Got it to process 223/5.56 brass. Awesome little rig for the money. I can do 400 pieces of brass an hour without breaking a sweat.
