Little help with a No 4 T

first off, my scope does not match, and it is a Mk 2. I do have the tin with the matching number along with the adjustment tool. I can not find any markings on it that are a larger or different font. and none appear to have been scrubbed or they did a magnificent job doing it. The stock bears the serial number at the muzzle and this matches as well. the stock is not grungy just a couple repairs at the butt plate.
