Little sticking issue

I have a little sticking issue with the charging handle.

I have cleaned and lubbed upper where the charging handle goes.
i have check to see if the handle is straght.

I have 2500 rounds through the upper.
cleaned off the carbon rez off of the gas tube.

Is there anything else i could do to have slicker then snot smoothness?

Is the CH just gritty and rough, or is it binding up and preventing operation?

the CH isn't gritty. I am noticing wear on the ch and not the upper..
i'm just going to strip the rifle down and do a detail cleaning.

Wear on the CH is normal. If its not difficult to operate and its still operating then run with it. Replacing a worn CH is much easier and cheaper than a worn upper.
