Is Li'l Gun a useful powder in .38 Spl. and .45 ACP loads?

All the data I've seen so far is for skookum magnum loads which I won't be using.
 
not really, it's a slow powder like h110 and good for magnum loads. at least from what i've seen.

you'd likely do well to trade it for faster powders.
 
Nope. It's made for .410 shotgun, magnum handgun and small capacity rifle like .22 Hornet. Partial to Bullseye for .38 WC's and cast 230's myself.
H110 was invented for the .30 Carbine. Another small capacity rifle case.
