LMR FTR, FO orPalma shooters attending the WASHINGTON STATE PALMA® RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIP

Wondering if anyone from the Lower Mainland Region or BC thinking of attending the WASHINGTON STATE PALMA® RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIP and WSR&PA Long Range Distinguished Rifle Match In May at TCSA?

I'm planning on attending, it'll be my first match in the US and first 1k yds test. If your thinking of attending and would like to meet up after to shoot the breeze and grab dinner. Let me know and feel free to PM me.

Cheers,
Matt

X2 on the form6 do it now as I have been waiting two months still not back yet, called in it is in there to do list!! I plan on shooting a 1000BR match or two in Williamsport PA this year.

Got my 6NIA already (took a month) to go and my invitation to TCSA from May-Oct. Oregon is a little bit far right now but maybe down the road once I get the jitters of shooting a competition State side. Aug maybe a possibility.

Give me a shout later if you want to tee up for Oregon.

I bet you will find that the matches you have been to will be very similar to the US matches. Big difference is going to the pits to score.

It's non stop at the US matches.

Scoring is done at the pits, that'll be new. Anything else I should know in terms of etiquette or operations I'll be going in as a greenhorn State side. I know how things work up here but I just don't want to screw up piss anyone off down there.

308BAR, I'll probably wind up at the Snake a few times again this year. I was there 3 times last year. It's always challenging to say the least. If you know Brian Mylleville he can enlighten you. Bring your wing reading underwear, you'll really need them. Scoring is done on the Firing line. All you do is Shoot your relay, then back up and Score for the next guy, then you go to the Butts and mark targets. Easy but not a lot of time for idle chit chat. If I can get a barrel broke in and load for a couple of rifles, I'd like to get there in mid March. They have a mid range day just before the longs.
Cheers, Glen

Bump. Any F-ers or TR shooter heading down like to split the cost of a room? I have a room booked from May 22-26. I'll be shooting the practice on Friday and check out Monday for the final day of the competition. PM me for more details.
