Fvck Questar... Lost my business, whether it matters to them or not.

Hope they realize they need to seriously rethink their "customer service" strategy...

I've bought from Questar several times. I bought an FNAR, muzzle break and magazines from them. I did call them and the person on the other end seemed kine of "irate" on the phone. However all my orders were processed properly. However this thread, and all the other people sharing their stories of bad service concerns me quite a bit. Furthermore, with a barrel in that poor state, there is no doubt in my mind that a reputable retailer would take care of that situation on behalf of their customer. I think I'll probably think twice from ordering from them now on.

Blaxsun, I'm also quite worried that your going to end up becoming the next USP, due to your, and rightfully so, vocal position. We should only have reputable dealers on this board.

I just read the last little bit of that SCAR thread in their own forum. A year and a half and counting for a gun and Questar is still holding the money? That's criminal, as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe I should start a business and promise people that I can pre-order Glock 18's, 100% down - no definite time line for delivery. And OOPS! I'm suddenly out of business and you're out your money.

Man I would be PISSED.

7. Sales Policy. All Sales Are Final. No Refund. No Exchange.

8. Return Policies. Questar, at it's sole discretion, may permit the return of product, for purpose of repair or other reason, but any return must first be authorized by Questar.

9. Exchanges. From time to time, Questar may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product.

I just realized that they capitalized the first letter of each word in "All Sales Are Final"

they went to the extra effort to make sure you knew they were cereal

again... glad i didnt get the spikes off em now...

Blax, sorry to hear you got screwed over by a sponsoring dealer who won't even respond to defend their (in)actions.

Thank you for bringing this BS to light; I've learned from your misfortune and will spend my gobs of dough at another sponsoring dealer (one of the many who actually treat their customers decently)

Why don't you just put it on and see how it shoots?

Regardless if the barrel "shoots" or not, Blaxsun still needs to re-finish the barrel if he intended to keep it. I seriously doubt he or anyone in his position would have expected to do that to a "new" (?) barrel they just purchased.
 
Add me to the list of those that will NEVER buy anything from Questar. The lack of any kind of response shows the worst kind of contempt for customers.
 
No matter how much we cry here, people are still going to utter an apathetic "meh" and keep on filling Questars pockets.

Blaxsun, if you really have no intention of shopping at this POS "sponsor" a Visa dispute would be well worth your blacklisting by Questar.

Edit: IF you do, make sure to press very hard the fact that the timeline they told you (4-12 weeks) was most likely best case, and the merchant has wide latitude to drag this out, indefinitely, as a punitive measure against you. While they would not get the finer details of ScarGate, inform them that said merchant has been holding peoples 4K$$ hostage for over a year and a half under penalty of 25% restocking fee on stock they never actually had.
 
I never felt wery confident in my dealings with Questar, and I bought for over than 10K to them. I got f..k a few times where they would lower big time the prices on some of the items I bought few days before... Why can't other serious sponsors get their products in??? I really feel like we are not important as customers for them... I guess that their "real" customers are LE and Mil??
 
This is bs ill never buy from them, rather ill give my hard earned money to sponsors who actually show some effort in customer service... Thanks OP for posting these threads, and sorry about your revolting experience....
