LMT BCG for LMT 14.5" Upper

Which LMT Bolt Carrier Group would work best in a LMT 14.5" Upper? Is one generally preferred over the other? Tx.

LMT offers the following...

Standard S/A BCG
Standard F/A BCG
Enhanced S/A BCG
Enhanced F/A BCG

S/A = Semi-Auto
F/A = Full-Auto

I just checked Questar and they removed the "MIL L/E Only" in the description. I figured it was LMT's policy not to let a vendor sell them to civillians.

Yes you can get M16 full auto carriers , in fact all Colt 6920's now come with the M16 carriers . And " No " they dont change semi auto into full .
