LMT Defender lower buffer?

Can anyone with an LMT Defender carbine lower tell me what type of buffer and extension tube are issued with these lower receivers? I know LMT has switched from a 5-pos. buffer tube, I'd like to know what they're currently using.

The last two I've bought had standard weight buffers and 6 position tubes.

Did you use them with a carbine-length gas system (16-14.5")? I'm considering upgrading to an H buffer for a 14.5" bbl.

No, I ran an H with a 16" and 10.5". Ran an H2 with the 14.5" Never did run the normal buffer.
