Thank you for the kind comments. 2013 was my first year owning a black rifle.

Started of with a Windham Weaponary SRC then a DDM4v5 now this. It's such a bad addiction like cars and motorbikes just leaves you always wanting more. :)

Now just need to figure out what is the optimal setup for optics in a 2/3 gun competition. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
The Karl Stoner rifle is big in US sites in the ultimate AR sections! Very nice.

Stainless barrel or CL on the upper?
 
Went to the range today. Groups very nice but shot irons only. Noticeably more kick than my 16inch ddm4. That's to be expected with a 10.3 inch barrel.

Overall impressions I like. Out around 250 rounds thru it not one hiccup.

Easier to keep the bolt locked back. With a flick of a finger and doesn't require you to break your strong-hand grip from the pistol grip of the firearm in order to lock the bolt to the rear. Very useful for clearing situations. Still a newbie when it comes to ARs so if there is a better way I would love for you to share it with me. :)
