I have a large box of approx 195 grain, 0.308 cast bullets with gas checks and wouldn't mind trying them in the old 30-30. I have check around on Google but haven't found any good load data.

Any online suggestions?

That's a very heavy bullet for the 30-30. If it's to be shot from the magazine of a lever gun, you'll want to ensure it's a flat nose bullet design.

21.0-23.0 grs of H4198;
23.0-25.0 grs of IMR 3031;
23.0-25.0 grs of H335; or
25.0-27.0 grs of H4895.

would be suitable.

In my 30-30 I get real good results with Unique pistol powder and Hodgdon 2400 with cast bullets. Never tried anything that heavy. If you can seat them deep enough, they should load OK for single loading.

The RCBS 180 FNGC mould actually drops bullets that, complete with lube and gas check, weigh in at 197 grains with wheel weights as the base metal alloy.
It is one of the best hunting bullets for 30-30 and it is not hard to get an accurate load moving along at speeds from 1800 to 1900 FPS. Also very good in most other 30 cal rifles including 30/06 and 300 Savage. Mine are sized .310and the only problem I see with yours is that they may be a bit small at .308 (assuming they are a flat nose bullet).
