Load Data

Thanks for all the input. Appreciate it. I checked Alliant's web site and they only show12 gauge data. But and this is a big but. I done a little research and apparently it is also being used for pistol loads. I was just wondering if anyone in this forum have tried it in reloading pistol and any load data if that was the case. Thanks.

Looking at the Powder Burn Rate tables E3 would appear to be a very fast powder ahead of such standbys as Bullseye, Clays and Titewad to name but a few. If you have a chrono and are an experienced reloader, I would normally have some suggestions. Without a lot of experience your best bet is to find another powder. unless of course were considering using it for 12 gauge and just inquiring about it's possible use in the 9 and 45acp.

Take Care

Bob
ps the latest version of Lyman's reloading manual makes no mention of E3 in either caliber.
