load for .300 WM in A 700 Police

I have A nice 700 police in 300wm and and I am wondering what the best load and bullet weight for this rifle. I am going to be loading Norma brass and would like to know what has worked good for eveyone elese. Cheers Andrew

My 700 PSS is rebarrelled with a 27 inch 1-11 twist fluted Lilja barrel. My load is 79 Grs of H1000, 215M, Norma Brass and either a 190 Berger or more recently a 190 SMK. It's not maximum in the books, but is putting out 3050 fps.
It will hold 1/2 MOA in vertical out to 800 yards, and shoots circles around many loads that outshoot it at 100-200 yards.

Of course mileage will vary for each gun. For accuracy, I use H1000 and Hornady 190 grain bullets. For hunting, even though the Hornadys work well, I use a 200 grain Partition or Grand Slam with H1000.
