What he said!!!

Buy a bunch of different loads in number 4, 5, and 6. Shoot them out of your gun and 10, 20 and 30 yards. See which one gives you the best killing pattern on a turkey. Done and done.

I like Winchester Supreme Turkey #6 copper plated lead for 2 3/4 & 3" loads. They are excellent ammo for the money IMHO. As other posters have pointed out, you will have to try several types of ammo to see what patterns best in your gun. I use a Carlson XXFull ported turkey choke in my shotgun. If you decide to use the Federal ammo that uses the flitecontrol wad, you want to make sure you use a non-ported choke. The wad is designed to stay with the shot column, & the ported choke slows down the wad prematurely. Good luck with your turkey hunt!

I used the Federal Flight Control 2 3/4 in successfully last year in my full choke Wingmaster. I also patterned it against conventional loads - it was much tighter and more consistent.

x2 on the federal flight control thy have worked very well out of most of my shotguns and are hard to beat for the price i shot # 5s DUTCH
