Hi All,
I posted an thread yesterday inquiring about how to optimize a load for 338 lapua and received many great responses!. A number of people suggested I inspect the brass/primers carefully after firing the different loads for signs of stress. At signs of stress the powder load is a bit on the high side, so best not go any further.
I was wondering exactly what the 'signs of stress' might be? I was hoping someone could provide descriptions, and if anyone by chance has photos that would be great! I just want to make sure I know exactly what to look form.
Cheers!
Mike
