Loading 223 blanks for the AR golf ball launcher

I pick up a jug of trail boss and my launcher is on is way from the ammo source.

Anyone have a suggested load for Trailboss blanks? I've never done a blank and am not sure where to start.

I can land within 15' of the pin on a 202-yard par 3 with a 4-iron, do it somewhat regularly at my local course.

Can't you launch one with a rifle farther than that?

If you have decent mechanics to your swing for repeatability, the spin imparted on the ball from the club is going to make it very accurate.
The golf ball launcher imparts none of that, so you are going to get wicked slicing and spinning. Sometimes they will corkscrew on their flight path. Very neat for sh!ts and giggles, but if it entertains you for more than 10-15 minutes at a time....well, nerf guns are way cheaper.....

Should be able to make blanks out of regular brass. If the brass thickness is different, liad very, very light, and slowly build up until you get the performance you expect. Blanks have very little power to them. You've seem the yellow @blank furing attachment" that the army uses? So the blank has just enough power to cycle the bolt on a blocked-barrel rifle.
