I watched a video on utube on reloading using black powder duing a quiet moment a work. He did not resize. They indexed the cases so they went in the gun the same orientation each time. A thin paper wad was used at the bottom of the case to prevent power going into the primer hole. A drop tube was used for the powder, then a .060 vegetable fiber wad was used. A thin wax wad was used next so the bullet would not stick to the fiber wad. He then seated the bullet to compress the power and then crimped . What I found interesting is that he could turn the bullet even after crimping. I have never seen fiber wads for sale in Canada. They seem to be popular in the USA.
