Loading for a Glock22

Does anyone have some recipes that will cycle well and shoot accurately in a Glock22 40 sw. If they include using Unique powder even better as I already have some in the stock pile.

I use 5.8 gr Unique 180FMJ - cycle no issue and shoot accurate. Wish this help
