It's definitely made for a small diameter die, similar to the old IDEAL dies, same goes for the shell head holder. Likely only for pistol or smaller rifle cartridges.

At first I thought it might be an early Hollywood press, but they're usually massive. That unit is quite light.

I'm thinking it was for a single purpose, like primer seating or bullet resizing. Check under the linkage for a name.
They all cast their names in the body.

The green color is right for RCBS but it is unusual with no RCBS lettering...
I think it is some form of a swaging press... way too sturdy for primer seating

A little like the RCBS summit but the linkage is in the wrong place for that. At least it looks like it uses standard shell holders so not proprietary like an Echo-C, so probably made in 60’s-70’s.

As far as I know, RCBS has always put their name on their presses! The colour looks like RCBS but like previously stated it looks like bullet swagging press. I’m leaning toward an old ideal like oneadam12

I have a lot of ideal / Lyman books which give a lot of their history with pictures of their tools and I can’t find anything similar. I am wondering if it is from one of the long out of business companies such as Belding and Mueler or Lachmaller. A lot of companies exsisted through the years. Doesn’t seem to match anything in my Herters catalogs either.
