Lock bar M1A sights?

Hi guys. Got a sight in on a epay purchase that was listed as a m14/m1a sight it came with a front sight and the rear.On the right side of the sight it has the lock bar like the early garands on it.Looks in really good shape but after looking at it and other garand sights I can see why they changed to a different style of locking. Did I get snookered on the sight?.Got some other garand sights as well so this won't be going on.Thanks

lockbar sights are not cheap. They go for 130-160 depending on condition and revision. Now if you got some flushnut sights then were talking near 300. Average 50s sights go for 50-70 right now. I dont thnk lockbar sight belong on an m14. They should be the cheaper 50s sights with no lockbar.
