Lock & Load Classic

Hornady, RCBS and Redding all make excellent stuff. Just make sure the kit has the most items for the buck. Minimum you need is; scale, press, trimmer, champhering tool, stainless steel caliper that measures to .001, or .0001 is better, one set of dies and shellholder, way to lube the cases, loading block and a way to prime the brass if it isn't built into the press and finally a good reloading manual (Lyman is probably the top choice for a new loader. Lots of loads but more important lots of instruction). You will buy lots more stuff as you learn but that will start.
