Lockhart Raven 556 in stock

I had horrible issues with the owner a few years ago. Went to order one of the pump action drum mags he advertised as in stock. Thought "wow what a good guy" as I could access a duty discount for my service. 3 months later, nothing has shipped so I give him a call. Guy is super rude to me on the phone when I ask if maybe my order was misplaced. Then admits they never had them in stock and the items are in turkey and he has no ETA. Wouldn't refund until I said I'd just charge back on my credit card. Vowed to never shop there again. Under same ownership still I wonder? Now they seem to only have these guns and nothing else in inventory.

They're dropshippers, like lots of other similar dealers in Canada.

How do they have such good google reviews? I’ve had good customer service with the owner lately but curious the past problems? There was some negative reviews during COVID due to supply chain issues but anything major?

I have tried to order three different times off these guys. Each time I had to do a charge back on my credit card as no one gets back to you when your items haven't shipped for a month

excuse me, is it banned? What’s the different from the AR? Thanks

A lot actually.
The bolt isn't shared, which means the upper isn't shared.
The mating system between the upper and the lower isn't shared either, which means the lower isn't shared.
It's a new modular design and it's very impressive from what we've seen, assuming the caliber change kits prove to work and the aluminum components don't spall themselves to death.

The only way a person can claim it is 'based on the ar15' is if they're going solely by appearance and not by interoperability of parts or function.

Damn, sounds like you mostly described the ATRS Modern Sporter there...

Interesting, what's different about the bolt? And is it just the bolt that's different, or is the whole BCG a different design?

The MS uses a similar push pin hinge design as an AR. The MDI SLR is a very different design.
