Lok grips for shadow 2

I'm looking for some LOK grips for a shadow 2 that I'm waiting on a transfer on. I'm curious what size people normally get. With my g19x I use the medium backstrap and wear size large gloves.

Would the palm swell bogies be the ones to go with or the thin grips. I don't have anywhere local that sells them so I can't try them out.

I have smaller hands so I use thin bogies on all of my grips - Shadow 2, TSO and Walther PPQ Q5 Match SF. I didn't realize how much grip they had until this summer inside my range when the humidity made it almost unbearable.

I would think you would be good with the palm swell bogies (for grip).

I also wear size large gloves, and I think the palm swell bogies with mag release relief cut are excellent on S2. If anything, they are on the small side for me.
