I can't seem to find the front band screw for my No4 Mk1, any ideals on what bolts/screws will fit the band threads, I have tried both standard and metric with not success, thanks.

Thread is No2 BA. Don't try to force another near metric or standard screw or you'll bugger the threads. Check Marstar and Epps for the correct screw.

They are a British thread unlike the others.
These screws can be found .
Maybe try a WTB on the EE ?

Those British threads. I remember working on the Old Hawker Siddeley 748.....Ughhh

A little off topic but I too remember the HS748's. Used for years to move MNR fire crews around Ontario. Austin Airways then Air Creebec. My ears are ringing right now probably at least partly due to the noise of those Rolls Royce Dart engines spooling up on the tarmac.

The Enfield band screws are a common item...no need to have one made.
