Where do you see an LB ? I don’t see one. No machine marks indicating a scrubbed serial number.
The LB (which in this case just looks like the B) is below the safety lever hole. Below that, if it was scrubbed, the area would be somewhat flat. Yours looks OK but to be sure you need to take a high macro photo and blow it up. You should see the pebbling of the casting. any file or buffing marks will look different form the surrounding area. Usually the 50s receivers have the CA mark in that location, but as with many things Enfield, you never say always.
