long range 300 winmag

Hey guys:
I have a TRG 42 and I would like to know if anyone has a good load for shooting long range with 300 winmag. On the farm, I can shoot out to 700 m or so.
any help would be great.

You'll have to work up the load for your rifle yourself. No two rifles will shoot the same ammo the same way. However, I know a guy who uses 190 grain match bullets in his 17.5 lb, custom rifle for 1,000 yard DCRA shooting.

What is the twist on that rifle?
It seems to me that it has a 12 twist?
If so (and depending on your gun) it may or may not like 190+ bullets.

If I am correct about the twist try 168 -180 Grain bullets.

180 Gr bullets over 76 or so grains of RL-22 (work up slowly!!) is a quick way to tight groups in most all 300 Win's.

H-4831 works pretty well with the 200's.
