Long range in southern sask

Hi guys,

Who is already shooting long range on steel or paper in southern sask, and who is keen to. I'm in the process of my PAL and then I need to buy a decent rifle and get into the field and start refining loads. As new to Canada, I have very little understanding of the legalities of shooting sports here.
Any advice appreciated.

Only long range in Saskatchewan and it is a private range, not DND

One word - humbling. I recall a few years back 18 MOA left at 1000yds one Saturday, followed by 14 MOA right on Sunday.
