Long Range Rifle near Toronto???

Is there a range you can shoot at 500 yards near Toronto? I was asked the question by a new friend, any shooting I've done in Ontario has been IPSC so that's why I'm asking you guys.

Base Borden with the ORA will be your closest likely unless you have access to private land. Only a few events per year though.

Where in Toronto? Etobicoke is almost an hour from Scarborough on a normal day of traffic.
The around Toronto questions are vague.

Joining the ORA will get you access to events at base Borden. Amiens range gets us to 500.

If Borden, Mons range re-opens at the end of this year, as rumored, or for next season, hopefully we will have more events/matches, and be able to shoot to 1000 again!

We have a Shoot at Winona Range (near Grimsby, by the QEW) on Saturday 28th.

Not long range, but 100, 200 and 300. Deliberate, Snap and Mover.
