well the day went good we started out with a classroom session in the morning learning about the basics of long range shooting and then broke out the guns to see if the guys could hold moa at 200m. then we went over to the long range to have a little fun. i think everyone made hits out to 700m and a few were hitting the 800m targets by the end of the day. We have to thank Glen Taylor/chad/ and our 2 range officers brian and diane for all the help throughout the day. great group of guys showed up and i think everyone learned somthing. now comes the fun part LOTS OF PRACTICE.
thankyou to everyone who attended.

Big two thumbs up! Met a lot of great people, Thanks again Dave, Mutt, Inspector, for all your efforts. Dave I really like what your family is doing for the kids that is awesome, Long live gun sports. Keep up the great work. And Mutt it guys like you that keep it fun, Lets hope with some help we can put Edmonton on the map, in a world class shooting stage. Glen I will be looking forward to seeing you in F Class Thanks again.
Cheers

Great to see some new faces and hopefully you all came away with a bit of usefull info. Now I just have to convince you to come down to Homestead and give F Class a try. Thanks to you for having me there. If you like anymore info, get hold of me and I'll do my best to answer.
Cheers, Glen

The only problem is now that I have this information I have started to spend. Picked up my new scope today and have a new stock with extras planned if wolverine evers opens again lol.

Did anyone take any pictures. Pictures are always good. I'm glad natural teachers and organisers like Mutt can find the time to put on shoots like this.

Well we had a great group of guys and I hope everyone managed to learn a little. There is way to much to talk about in one day and still do a little shooting so we really stuck to the basic stuff like having a proper rest and scope adjustment. Having never done anything like this before I'd say it went good and with the experience we can make some improvments.

Thanks Glen for helping out, I know I learned a few things, and getting a little insight into the F-Class world makes me want to try it even more if I can ever find the time.

Again, great group of guys, I think I even had everyone's name straight by the end of the day. Hopefully we can do this again soon. Just keep picking on Mutt and I'm sure well set up another maby sometime in the spring.

Dave
