Hi all,
I was testing some mags/springs/etc today, and I decided to try out some long range grouping with the SP01 and the Baby Eagle (the 2 guns I had with me). Here are the results, from 50m/150feet
Bottom right is the SP01 shooting Wolf 124gr FMJ, bottom left is the SP01 shooting 124gr WinClean (my preferred match ammo), and at the top is the Baby Eagle, shooting the 115gr WinClean.
Keep in mind I was shooting from under dark cover, and it was hard to see the targets - I was just trying to aim at the centre of the white, I wasn't really seeing the squares... Still, pretty impressive grouping for freestyle shooting... Definitely "good enough" for IPSC shooting... (that's a 1" grid)
I can't crank the sights on the BE anymore down, so I guess whoever is shooting it will have to keep in mind that it shoots a tad high at extreme distances...
