Long wait for request for return

Hello,

Submitted paperwork and receipt to receive a number to return a faulty magpul mag and have been waiting over a week for any response, have left message with no response...Is this normal?

Hi Taylor,

Did you call order email?

I know our Customer Service team has been working really hard to stay on top of things however they had some staff out on vacation and sick recently as well as facing a huge increase in questions and emails due to covid.
