The regs were printed quite some time before some of the proposed changes were discussed.
Your Municipal Council can change their bylaws at any time... send them a letter.
first off what part of the province did you move to then what area do you plan to hunt then what game you going afterMusicianShooter said:Hey, am new to Ontario, just moved out from BC (yeah, dont tell me to have my head examined)... I know the WMU map is useless for actually locating non-private land to hunt on.. do you guys use Forestry Service maps or something, or how do you check out areas to scout that are Crown Land?
You should start doing the front porch shuffle right now... get some land in your area locked up for the shotgun hunt. There is a ton of agriculture land in the K/W area that is plagued with groundhogs, deer and coyotes. A determined hunter should be able to get permission to hunt on some primo land by knocking on farmhouse doors!MusicianShooter said:Am in KW. Want to go after small game and deer (rifle or shotgun)... anywhere in 4-6 hrs drive, like as far north as Owen Sound or as far ease as Lake Simcoe... Am used to driving a long ways as in BC, but want to keep it to weekends
