I am assuming it doesn't run, otherwise it wouldn't have been left there when the property was sold. If you can get it running for a reasonable price... so many possibilities! Maybe one of your customers (or future customers!) is a mechanic...
 
It runs fine, the company we hired to clear the property dropped it off. On Tuesday they start grinding trees down with it....it has a big tree grinding attachment.
 
Ok, so far you've only downed trees. So technically that's not '' ground breaking '' yet.

For your ground breaking party you could set the Guinness record for stirring the biggest Martini or Margerita, flip the largest flapjack, host the biggest tow rope mud surfing contest ever ..... the possibilities are endless.
