I contacted Scotty454 and with his speedy reply and professionalism after several emails exchanged I sent off my bolt to Calgary to him and exactly a week since I mail it look what I received this afternoon from my favorite postwoman (she's very nice and good looking too) lol.

This are some before and after pics and Scott is very patience and explain everything clearly as it is very difficult to express in wording how I want it done but he made it easy and everything was exactly how I wanted it.

I highly recommend anybody to hire a professional like Scott to do a proper job and his rate is very reasonable and turn around is impressively fast.

Very dramatic effect for sure.
Looks very sharp and would appear to be a very easy customization.
How hard is it to remove the bolt handle?
A brass drift and a BFH with some 18 oz persuasion ?

Guys, prolly be best to ask the guy doing the work what his going rate is...

The bolt handle on the Tikka is very easy to remove.

Oh no Scott,

Thank you for your magical touch my rifle increases it's value by a thousand dollars already (lol) and it looks like a very high end custom rifle and have received a lots of compliments from my friend after I sent them the pictures.

There are at least a couple of my buddies who want theirs done but they are not on this forum so I will be contacting you again after the holidays as discussed before on their bolts.

Thanks so much again and even my wife said it looks awesome and money well spent ( she is a hunter and shooter as well and she asked me I should do the barrel too but after I told her the rifle shoot tiny groups right now and don't want to touch it so she understands).
 
[1] bolt looks nice
[2] would look better with a black scope ..it would match the rings and black stock ..
[3]rings seem ok to me ..if the height feels comfortable to you ..[ i don't care for see through rings ] which is not your case . MERRY XMASS
