Lookie what arrived... Knoxx SpecOps

Looks good, let us know how it works. I find the 'testing' and demos on the Knoxx Website pretty useless, and if I hear buddy say 'Sweet' once more I will scream.
It is potentially a versatile package and if it works I will be all over it.
Cheers

The packaging is purty... I hate that it is nearly impossible to open w/o damaging it though. Finally installed it and took a few more pics. I picked up a SAE Ball-End Hex Key Set from CDN Tire, then used a pair pliers to snug up the final turn. Also used some 242 locktite.

Can't wait to try it at the range. Kinda glad my friend changed his mind about buying the mossy :D

I don't mind the look of it myself... on an SBS though. The only other I like better looks wise... is the Fabarm Martial Proforces w/14" bbl and PG stock.

I'd have to say the Mossberg controls (safety, action release) work best on a regular stock and the Remington style makes more sense for a pistol grip.

One prob so far...

The stock has damaged my plastic trigger guard a bit, by pressing it in. I noticed this when my cheapy plastic trigger lock would not fit afterwards... normally the plastic peg fits snug in between the trigger and rear trigger guard. Yes, it is enough of an indent that running a nail over it gets stuck in it.

Indentation # 1
Indentation # 2
'Flat Spot' on inner rear trigger guard

I contacted Knoxx, hopefully this is not a major concern. A steel trigger guard from a 590A1 would be nice.

And will they fit on a Mossy Maverick 88?
As I have to get one!
:D

Edited to add...never mind found the link.
Awesome! :)
