Lookinf for a gunsmith to install 4 Picatinny rail on a AR forend

I've got a 7.5" barreled Upper, with a FF forend, and I need the 4 4rails installed on the forend??

Anyone?

Is it not already drilled and tapped for the rails? A smith will probably charge $10 a hole to d&t.......you could probably buy the tools to do it yourself for $10 if you have a drill press.
