Dlask arms in B.C. have their own and also still some Kidd. Insite arms has the Heathen, which is what I have on my Vudoo. I have Dlask on a couple semis as well as a Kidd and one Volquartsen which is 5/8 x 24 I believe.

Should be quite easy to find, it's the most common thread. Maple Leaf Armory in Canada makes them.
