Hunting siccess is shot placement.
Shot placement comes from practice.
practice comes from a rifle that is reasonably accurate (all your choices are), does not kick too hard and is economical to shoot.
300 Win mag in a sporter is brutal to shoot. Not fun. And expensive.
I suggest a 7-08 or 308. Or a military sporter in 303, 7x57, 6.5 x 55 or 8x57.
Go to the local range and zero the rifle and practice standing and sitting.
