Looking for 270G TSX loads for 375 H&H.

I have a bunch of 270G TSX bullets to load up, anyone have any loads that use h4350 or imr 4064? I have the barnes data that say rl15 but cannot find any localy.

any help would be great

For the 270 gr TSX in the .375 H&H with IMR 4064 start at 67 grs and work up to 72 grs (or until you observe high pressure signs if you are so inclined). At 72 grs you should have comfortably broken 2700 fps. In the H&H, 4064 is the better choice of powder across all bullet weights up to 300 grs.

H-4350 runs 70-78 grs with the 270 TSX. The 78 gr load will be heavily compressed, and will probably require a drop tube to load. Velocity is no better than with 4064.

Anyone know the working velocity of this bullet?

1800 fps impact velocity (or better) for ideal expansion/performance. Likely expand/perform moderately well even at 1600 fps (impact).

No real maximum veocity.

Excellent bullet for the old H&H!
