I'm an AR noob - have participated in any so far but hear it's common in the US. Am I correct?
Nobody knows? Socom supply go under? No response from email.
May have to pick up a SW MP and throw some money at it.
Don't worry, Not hearing from Socom is just their normal business plan at work.![]()

Very common in the states. I don't know of a 3 gun situation in Alberta that encompasses long and short range shooting. From what I hear the ones that exist are either 8 gun matches, or are <200m.I'm an AR noob - have participated in any so far but hear it's common in the US. Am I correct?
Want an upper that's 16 - 18 inch that's accurate enough for competition shooting out to 400 yards.
In these Obama days - where can I look?
Thanks
Stainless is easier to maintain. No difference for accuracy.Looking for opinion of CM vs Stainless.
JP Enterprises uppers are built specifically for 3-gun. A board sponsor - don't remember which one - has imported a bunch. Search, and see what comes up.
