Looking for .40 S&W titgroup or W231 starting loads

Hi I'm looking for .40 S&W titgroup or W231 starting (or a good minor) load.

I use 4.2 TG with a 180gr XTP.

155 cast 3.3 gr TG

180 cast 3.3 TG (I use 3.5 as my accuracy laod with both bullets)

155 cast 3.8 231 (4.4 is my accuracy load)

180 cast 4.0 231


These are the start loads for a number of different 40 cal pistols.

I use 3.8 tg with a plated 180. 3.8 with a 180 Speer gold dot works fine for the Glock, but isn't enough for the JR carbine.

Unstable, how does the 180 plated (just picked some up myself) with 3.8 TG work in the JR carbine?
