I personally have never seen a single round of the stuff. You may want to check with Henry up in the site sponsors. He is the guy for getting stuff.

i tried henry and he wasn't interested/didn't want to bring in any. i was lucky and came across 2500 hornady steel case. not for sale

I am thinking that round is a dud in the Canadian scene. 7.62x39 is where it is at.

its not common here now if surplus was brought in like the 7.62x39 it would be just about the same as 7.62x39 surplus
