i have been told twice on two separate occaisions by two different mnr instructors that they cannot be used, do u have a link?
as for migratory birds that reminds me of the other one they talked about which were decoys which are battery operated also being prohibited

I couldn't find it (NO projected light) in the new reg's either...It used to be in the old reg's from years ago IIRC.

But don't forget, that is only a "summary" of the hunting laws in Ont. I'm sure it is still not allowed.

Thank you all for the response. I guess I put the finger on an interesting question: would lasers be legal for hunting ? It is projected light for sure.

Now, what about rifles that would support a laser under the barrel, from the factory. I did not see anything else than the Steyr.
