Looking for a Lever 308

Just wondering if anybody knows where i could pick up a lever action 308 in the Petawawa or Ottawa area for a decent price?
I am new to the area and not sure where to start looking.

Any info is greatly appreciated

Epps has a used one, item #48109, a pre '81, Browning BLR, 22" barrel, open sights, good condition, $649.

A gunshop in the Petawawa area....

Try valleyguns.com, occasionally they pop up there, Perkins in Pembroke may have some, LeBaron's in Ottawa is probably your best bet. They usually have a good selection, if you want a Marlin though, LeBaron's had sent them all back last time I was in.

If you order from Ellwood Epp's, they'll verify the Marlin is good before shipping it, if you choose one.

Hey ashman99, welcome to the nutters. I'm in Pet as well, so like others have suggested, Lebarons in Ottawa or Perkins in Pembroke....Lance has a nice selection of stuff, but it's hit or miss if you're looking for something in particular.....it wouldn't hurt to let him know what you're looking for, he could prolly hook you up.....
I have a couple of lever .308's,.....(99+88) but I ain't sharin'...

I would lok for a good used Savage 99 IMHO the best of the levers that feed a pointed bullet.
