One of my competition loads is:

3.5gr - 3.6gr of hp38/231 oal of 1.115 using campro 147gr projectile (runs about 130 p.f.)

I'm really surprised hodgdon doesn't have load data for that bullet weight, but looking at what others posted and what they have for a 130gr bullet, 3.2grs seems like a good starting load.

Wow, I actually agree with what sunray said this time!

3.8 gr W231/HP38, COAL 1.08", Zero 147gr JHP projectiles out of my Shadow. No idea of the speed (chrony is busted), but it hits the steel with authority

I have used 3.3 of 231 up to 4.0 with the Berrys 147.

For more power I use 5.0 of Power Pistol.

I have found your recipe of 5.0 gr. of Power Pistol with the CamPro 147 gr. bullet to be a very accurate load in a couple of 9mm guns, and, as mentioned, more powerful to boot.
