You almost need to get lucky to find one. I tried my local guys.. they laughed and said no way.

Tried every CGN vendor and big online retailer I could think of.. no luck.

Walked back into a local shop 2 months later to see if my kimber had arrived and the first thing I see is 1 of 2 SR1911s they had just recieved that morning. I bought the one on the shelf and as I was doing the paperwork the gentleman behind me bought the other one. Wish I could have bought both, super nice gun for the money.

Everyone that see's it/shoots it has nothing but good things to say.

Geez, now I am feeling kinda guilty..Not guilty enough to sell it, but cant find the time to shoot it yet. Had it for some time now and still hasnt seen the range..I gotta remedy that real soon..

After holding it in my hand at Target Sports, i'm VERY disappointed to say, it really didn't do much for me. I had high hopes it would call to me out of the box. Although it is a sweet looking firearm, with money as tight as it is, looks aren't enough.

Hi...I have a Ruger SR1911 with only 50 rnds through it.The gun works perfect no issues.It may be available for sale within a week.I am waiting to hear from someone who was supposed to buy it,but is now not sure if he can get the money.I will know by the 24th of this month if it is sold.If the current deal does not go through I will be open to offers on this firearm...
