Looking for a scope for my Sako 85 Finnlight in 243.

I have a Sako 85 Finnlight, in 243 coming in the mail.
I am looking for a good scope to put in 30 mm rings.
Any suggestions, or anyone have anything to sell?

Ditch the 30mm ring and go with Swaroski Z3 3-10 X 42 (just 12 onces!) in Sako ringmounts. I did with my Finnlight 0.308.

Very good setup.

i use a leupold vx11 3 to 9 on my 243.

That Sako is a beauty, it would be a shame to top it with cheap glass. Plus 30 mm limits your options for light units.

My choice would be the Swaro Z6i 2-12x50.

That what I was sold on my 308 Finnlight as well but ended getting great deal on a Z6i 1.7-10x42 instead.

I put a Kahles 3-9x40 on mine with Sako low rings (no bases) and it works great. Got it from P&D around $1200.

I would recommend the Bushnell LRHS w/ G2 reticle. Its 30 mm and comes in 3-12 or 4.5-18 x 44. I sold my Swarovski Z5 3.5-18x44 for the Bushnell LRHS. Much prefer the Mil/Mil. Glass is just as good and design is much better. Very well thought out optic with the best reticle in the industry. They now off the identical warranty as Vortex as well...No questions asked fix or replace for free for life.
