Years ago I picked up a set of Spyderco ceramic files (from an arborist's supply in North Vancouver as I recall). They're available from Amazon.ca. Not cheap at $67.00 but they are great for really fine finishing. Guntech's advice is right on, though, as regards sears and critical trigger engagement areas. Easy to b****r up if you don't have the proper jigs/guides and experience.
