They were a piece of crap from the get go, using the luger name to sell guns. A friend had one, and I don't think he could get thru a full mag without some kind of stoppage.

The one I had functioned and grouped well with cheap bulk ammo. Got mags from Numrich. I believe the Erma's are better though. Finding a restricted Erma is the trick.

Really? I've never seen one on the EE. Maybe I need to look more often.

That's too bad. Would be nice to have a good shooter in the collection,

I guess my Ruger MKIII Standard has nothing to worry about....

Be advised there is an alloy framed version and a steel framed version. I had the alloy framed version.

Don't believe everything here, I have one that functions perfectly with any ammo and is very accurate.

I had 4 of them at one time, 2 steel and two alloy. One of the alloy ones had a factory fitted, fully adjustable target sight, all 4 were more accurate than most people could shoot and they were generally reliable, the trick was, find the right ammo that they liked!

Had one years ago, Took on trade if I remember right, nice gun if you did not want to shoot it much, jams lots, but I never did any work on the mag at that time.
BTW, I picked up a box of mags from another dealer and there is one of those mags in the box.
Now I just need to find another gun to go with the mag, kind of the way I work, backassward, have a spare vortex red sight, so had to buy another 9mm pistol to put under it.
