Looking for a tactical non resticted .22

Anschutz Rx-22. Can be had for about 600 on sale. Dead accurate.

This model is mechanically the same to the ISSC and GSG models, but has the Anschutz barrel and trigger.
 
I have close to 3000 rounds thru my Issc mk22 and I love it!!! No issues with it at all. Mags can be a bit tricky to load but once u figure them out no problem.
