Anyone know of any dealers that carry a VZ-58 with the original 16" barrel? These were the ones that you could get years ago that were restricted rather than the non-restricted 858's. Can't seem to find them anymore for some reason. These weren't the ones that went prohib are they?

I believe due to the fact that the 18.5" barrel sells way better than any of the other versions of the Vz 58, they probably make a lot more of them for our market than any of the others. I would assume 11.5" is the next most popular since if I myself was going restricted, Id like a nice short kink style Vz 58. CSA does make the original still, its just a mater if someone bothers to import them. CSA sell in 410mm and 390mm. 390mm is the original Vz 58 barrel length. You could e-mail CSA and ask them who the importers are for Canada.
